The company was established in January 2007 and is a Joint Venture between CTC-ARI (F&B) Ltd and SSP Louis Airport Restaurants Ltd.
Both CTC-ARI and SSP are international worldwide public companies. SSP Group is currently operating F&B business in more than 36 countries offering more than 400 different food and beverages brands.
